An application (#10/669/W) has been submitted to Cardiff Council by Reliant Building Contractors to build 345 student flats on the old coal yard site behind Mynachdy Road. The development would consist of 23 blocks, each one three storeys in height, with just 27 car parking spaces for the whole of the site!

Ed Bridges so he can reinforce their comments when he makes his formal submission.
